Lose Yourself And Find Your Flow
SUP Yoga is sweeping across our nation. So... of course we need it in Central Iowa!
The class is held at Gray's Lake and will run for 90 minutes. We meet at the boat ramp (North/West side of Gray's Lake). For those new to stand up paddling we will cover SUP basics. After a quick "Intro" and warm up paddle we will head out for a beautiful calming yoga session to be taught by RYT-200 Yoga Instructor Ann York.
The 90 minute class is $30 (all equipment provided) and $15 if you bring your own board.
Contact Katie Gilbert 515-371-0418 to reserve your spot!
Fitness SUP: (2 hours, $30 per person)
In the fitness sup class we will run you through a fun paddling workout on the board. We will show you ways to get more out of your paddle to maximize that total body workout!
Our fitness class also works on paddle stroke technique with extra paddle time!
pre requisite: Intro to SUP or prior SUP experience
**If you have your own board join us for $10**
Private Lessons:

We meet at a lake near you. Lesson will be customized to fit your wants and needs.
Private Parties:
Having a party at your lake house or a company picnic at a local park? We can come to your location with our demo fleet of SUP boards. We will give basic instruction to get your guests up and paddling. We provide everything needed for a fun and safe demo.

Wondering what to wear to your class?
Wear clothes that are comfortable and allow your body to move. Most wear a t-shirt and shorts. Fast drying material is always a plus.
Bathing suits, board shorts and wetsuits are fine if you wish.
Most people find they like to SUP in bare feet, but the shore can be rocky so flip flops or sandals are nice.
Bring water to keep you hydrated.
Sunglasses, hats and sunscreen are great to keep from getting burned.
Please contact me with any questions that you may have.
